Enrollment in Classes for the 2022-23 School Year 


After-school Class times will be set based on the best format to  accommodate the needs of the students. 
If your child(ren) are in after care, they will return to After care when the class is finished. 
If you are picking them up, we need to have this on record (on this form or a note to school) 
  

If you begin the program with us and decide to discontinue, tuition billing will stop *once you notify Mr. Kelly* (Program Administrator)
